Legal
These terms govern your use of APM by CPH. By creating an account you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company or portfolio, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.
APM by CPH provides a branded booking storefront, property and unit management, a marketplace listing, a leads inbox, short-stay bookings and deposits, and long-let tools including rent collection, maintenance tickets, contractor quotes and landlord payouts. We work hard to keep it available and improving, but we provide it “as is” and may add, change or remove features.
Don’t use APM by CPH to break the law, misrepresent a property, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for meeting your obligations to guests and residents, including consumer-rights, tenancy and advertising rules. We may suspend accounts that don’t.
Where you use APM by CPH to manage a long let, you remain responsible for complying with landlord and tenant law, deposit protection and any licensing requirements. APM by CPH provides tools to collect rent, track maintenance and run payouts; it does not itself act as your letting agent unless agreed separately in writing.
Contracts for a short stay or long let are between the guest or resident and the host or landlord. APM by CPH is the technology that carries enquiries, bookings and deposits; we’re not a party to the stay or tenancy and aren’t responsible for the property, its condition or fulfilment. Booking and reservation deposits are handled through your own connected payment account where applicable.
To the extent the law allows, APM by CPH isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. You can export your properties, leads, bookings and ledger data before leaving.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
These terms are a plain-English starting point. Have them reviewed by a qualified adviser before relying on them for your business.
